Legal Notice – BioMAdvanced Diagnostics

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law n°2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, of the sites https://www.biomadvanced-diagnostics.com and https://www.bmad-ifu.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”, are informed of the present legal notice.

Connection to and browsing of the Sites by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice.

The latter are accessible on the Sites under the heading “Legal information”.

ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

The Sites are published by BioMAdvanced Diagnostics SAS with a capital of 59,187 €, registered in the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under the number 898 704 457, whose head office is located at 6 rue Edouard Nignon, 44372 Nantes, FRANCE.

ARTICLE 2 – THE HOST

The Sites’ host is the company OVH, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Sites are accessible anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, and which may result from a need for maintenance.

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The Sites ensure that the User’s personal information is collected and processed in compliance with the French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedom.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data. The User may exercise this right:
